Software Architect

Create a highly innovative, fast, secure business applications, specifically designed for optimizing warehouse operations. 

Your tasks
  • Optimization and further development of the redPILOT software architecture
  • Collaboration in test-driven programming and operation of our web application (Angular, Java / Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails)
  • Optimization and evaluation of the technologies applied
  • Conducting code reviews and internal training events
Your profile
  • Several years of in-depth experience as a software architect or software developer
  • Good knowledge of build tools for Java or Ruby (Maven, Bundler)
  • Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming with Java or Ruby
  • Good knowledge of software architecture design standards and methods
  • Ideal: Experience with Linux and web server management
  • Appreciative and open communication skills
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Angular

Web Developer

Develop state-of-the-art web frontends for innovative business applications

Your tasks
  • Bring your design and usability expertise to our regular sessions
  • Implement responsive designs in Angular 
  • Implement complex UI components in clean code
  • Check mock-ups and wireframes for feasibility
  • Work in an interdisciplinary SCRUM team
  • Ensure that frontend build systems run reliably
Your profile
  • University degree (TU, FH) or corresponding professional experience

Software Consultant

Support our customers to streamline their warehouse operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth for logistics operations worldwide.

Your tasks
  • You will be the key contact for specific customers, responsible through all phases of the project, starting with sales, project implementation, as well as service for “your” customers
  • Through intensive discussions with our potential customers, you develop a clear picture of how redPILOT is able to optimize their operations
  • Assist in the integration of our solution with existing systems and ensure seamless operation
  • Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their teams
  • Based on your knowledge about customer needs, you will configure our Operational Excellence Solution
  • Work closely with the development team to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements


Your profile
  • You enjoy dealing with customers
  • You have an education/experience in logistics, software, organization or in a similar role
  • You are customer- and success-oriented, and like to work independently
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
